TITLE: Operations Assistant Project Coordinator The Operations Assistant Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Coordinator Manager. This position is responsible for assisting Senior Project Coordinators in the day-to-day operations of completing a successful project. All duties listed will be at the direction of the Project Coordinator Manager or Senior Project Coordinator that the Assistant Project Coordinator has been assigned to work with. Assistant Project Coordinators must be self-motivated, punctual, and professional in appearance with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Assist with Davis-Bacon paperwork. • Assist with log of equipment for active projects. • Assist with compiling As-Builts, Start-Up Reports, O & M’s, Warranties and Owner training. • Assist with updating project documentation to ensure up-to-date communication between Project Management and Accounting. • Assist with entering the original project budgets from estimating into accounting software per Senior Project Coordinators direction. • Assist with the entry of the project schedule of values (SOV) into the accounting software. • Assist in Ensuring that job processes are followed in accordance with company policies. • Assist Warranty/Start-up Project Coordinator with closing out work orders & startup sheets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be self-motivated and punctual. • Must be able to multi-task and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally. • Must have proficient computer skills. • Must be professional in appearance and speech. • Perform other duties as directed and deemed necessary.
