Summary of Responsibilities
Oversee the accounts payable process and merchandise inventory processes ensuring procedures are documented and followed and implementing improvement initiatives where identified. The Accounts Payable manager is responsible for accurate financial records, preparing reports and reconciling accounts.
Texas Petroleum Group is undergoing a significant IT upgrade of the ERP and back-office system which will result in changes to processes and ways of working for the Accounts Payable team. A successful candidate for this role will be able to understand the complexity of an “old” antiquated system and translate that into new and more efficient ways of working for their team.
