TIMESSQUARETECH NYC INC is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near New York, NY
Duties:
- Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
- Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
- Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
- Other assignment as necessary.
- Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
Schedule Notes:
- onsite either @ Bellevue, Lincoln, Elmhurst, Jacobi or Metropolitan.
- Candidate must be comfortable working at the facility designated by the client.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 years of related customer service/payroll experience
- Payroll experience required
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- High school or equivalent (Required)
