Description
As Senior BDM at Tillo you will be responsible for driving our relationships with prospective customers and converting them successfully into happy customers. This role is both technically and commercially focused and if you like holding complex conversations with senior levels up to and including the C-Suite, this role is right up your street. The role holds solid technical knowledge of the product and uses this knowledge to help customers to design and quantify their decisions.
You will join a world-class team in the business of making people smile. Our Platform connects our customers to rewards and incentives from 2000 brands that people love, all via our seamless, easy-to-use API.
We're looking for someone passionate, with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the team as we continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries
If successful, you will
  • Make a consultative sale to prospective clients by gaining a deep understanding of their business
  • Execute a sales strategy that includes international opportunities with global leaders
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to become a subject matter expert gaining technical knowledge to enhance sales negotiations with customers
  • Manage the entire sales from Lead generation - close - go live taking responsibility and ownership of any delays and acting swiftly to minimise them.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements in both the UK and internationally
  • Work in unity with the wider commercial team to ensure a unified approach for customers
  • Work with internal departments, product, development etc to create effective pitches and proposals
  • Attend and participate in relevant industry events, to prospect, develop and promote the Tillo brand
  • Own a significant annual GP target
About you
You're a proven salesperson with significant experience in B2B sales within the rewards/incentives industry. To be successful in this role you'll need: 
  • A highly consultative sales approach and proven success
  • Proven ability to understand and translate complex technical requirements
  • Previous success in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with B2B commercial contracts and liaising with legal teams 
  • Prior success of closing SaaS agreements along with a significant annual GP target
