Job Description:

This position also includes the responsibilities of providing direct support and assisting with the hiring and ongoing supervision of other direct support staff/ consultants for specific contracted support services for the department. The Manager’s responsibilities consist primarily of screening, accepting and assessing individuals for the units and for future support needs.

Qualifications:

A BA/BS in Human Services or related field and 5 years of experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities and high Functioning ASD or a Master’s with 2 years’ experience. A valid driver’s license and car are required. This position may involve physically assisting individuals, including lifting, passive restraints and hand over hand assistance. Good written and oral skills are required to effectively communicate. CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
