The IT Operations Server & Network Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the server and network infrastructure within the organization. This role involves ensuring the availability, performance, and security of servers and network systems, as well as providing technical support to resolve issues and optimize operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server administration, network management, and team leadership.

• Design, deploy, and maintain server infrastructure to support business operations.
• Monitor server performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement security measures to protect servers from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues in a timely manner.
• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, SDWAN, Wireless and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and traffic patterns to identify and resolve issues.
• Implement network security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Optimize network performance through capacity planning and network upgrades.
• Provide technical support to end-users and IT staff to resolve server and network-related issues.
• Respond to and resolve server and network incidents and outages in a timely manner.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
• Lead a team of server and network administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement server and network projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the server and network support team.
• Evaluate and select vendors for server and network hardware, software, and services.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
