- Receives and response to all customer inquiries and complaints
- Entering of new orders, ensuring all information entered is correct
- Assist with questions during the work order process
- Work with Account Executives when needed
- Learn all areas of the order entry process for all divisions
- Assist as back up to other CSR team members when needed
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft applications, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be detail oriented and the ability to multi-task
- Organizational skills are required
- Ability to read and write in English
