Thought Logic is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Lead/Director to develop and deliver solutions and drive the growth of the Digital Solutions Practice in our Atlanta, GA office. 
What you need:
Successful candidates should demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with executive-level clients, project team members, and support staff. Candidates should possess strong core consulting skills and be able to apply critical problem-solving methodology and project management rigor to drive the formulation of strategy and execution of initiatives for our clients. 
What you will do: 
As Thought Logic scales our new “Ignite” global delivery capabilities, the Digital Solutions Lead/Director will hold a key role in mapping and executing our strategy to integrate this new model into our service offerings. This person is a builder and a seller with the ability to think and act both strategically and tactically. 
Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling value propositions and sales presentations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Global Technology Delivery:
  • Strategize on offshore vs nearshore vs onshore benefits and optimal capability alignment by location
  • Position the benefits of global technology delivery models with clients and ability to sell and solution concepts with Technology executives
  • Drive revenue and margin growth of global technology delivery capabilities
  • Lead a portfolio of client accounts that are buying global technology delivery services
  • Support the role that global technology delivery plays with technology alliances and the scale of talent, capabilities and go-to-market messaging that comes with alliances/partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategic decision-making processes.
Client Engagement and Consulting:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Deliver presentations and participate in client meetings to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of recommended strategies.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree, required. Master's degree, preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and scaling global delivery model; onshore/offshore/nearshore.
  • Proven ability to scale global technology ability beyond a single capability to a suite of capabilities/offerings
  • Experience building out pricing models/structures for global technology delivery teams
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and/or consulting roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in management consulting or related industries is a plus.
