Thought Logic is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Lead to develop and deliver solutions and drive the growth of the People and Change Practice in our Atlanta, GA office. 
What you need:
Successful candidates should demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with executive-level clients, project team members, and support staff. Candidates should possess strong core consulting skills in change management and organizational transformation and be able to apply critical problem-solving methodology and project management rigor to drive the formulation of strategy and execution of initiatives for our clients. The Client Solutions Lead will partner with practice leadership to help identify and pursue additional opportunities for Thought Logic to sell and deliver consulting engagements within new and existing client accounts. 
What you will do: 
  • Practice Leadership: Work with the Senior Director to execute a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for the People and Change practice. Assist in leading the practice's growth initiatives, ensuring exceptional client service delivery and sustainable business development.
  • Relationship Building and Sales Growth: Develop relationships with Thought Logic’s clients and key targets to grow the practice . Oversee a portfolio of larger managed accounts across markets. Partner with Thought Logic leaders and business development team to continue to grow managed accounts and help to identify and align team to deliver exceptional results. Accountable for proposal development within the People and Change practice capabilities.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, guiding them through complex change management and organizational transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, delivering measurable value and exceeding their expectations.
  • Solution Development: Identify market trends and emerging client needs related to change management, organizational effectiveness, and organizational transformation. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and sell innovative solutions, methodologies, and tools to address these evolving demands.
  • Team Building and Development: Help recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of consultants with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that promotes continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, professional services. Strong preference for Big 4 or other large consulting firm experience.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale change management or organizational transformation initiatives, driving organizational change, and delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Must have strong client relationship management skills and the ability to drive additional sales activity to expand existing accounts. 
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of identifying growth opportunities and delivering sustainable results for clients.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively engage with senior executives and influence decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
