What you will do:
Sales Strategy and Execution:

Candidates should possess strong core consulting skills and be able to apply critical problem-solving methodology and project management rigor to drive the formulation of strategy and execution of initiatives for our clients.
What you will do:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling value propositions and sales presentations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategic decision-making processes.
Client Engagement and Consulting:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
- Deliver presentations and participate in client meetings to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of recommended strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, required. Master's degree, preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and/or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in management consulting or related industries is a plus.
