Thought Logic is excited to add the Washington DC market to its family of offices in Atlanta, Richmond and Nashville. As such, we are searching for a Client Partner located in the DC Metro area with a strong management consulting background and a proven track record of revenue management/generation. The Client Partner will closely partner with our practice area leaders and business development team to oversee Thought Logic’s large managed accounts, provide quality assurance for consulting delivery, expand new revenue streams, and further develop the consultants.

What you will do:
Develop relationships with Thought Logic’s clients and key targets to grow sales.
Oversee a portfolio of larger managed accounts across the Washington DC/DMV market.
Partner with Thought Logic’s practice area leaders and business development leaders to continue to grow managed accounts and help to identify and align consultants to deliver exceptional results.
Accountable for proposal development and clearly presenting consultant staffing needs across the accounts serviced.
Provide people management to consultants and/or client managers and career coaching/guidance.
Master and fully solution in Thought Logic’s offerings and breadth of services.
Continue to grow and develop Thought Logic’s professional network throughout the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in a business related discipline
12 years of experience in the consulting or advisory services space including engagement management and people leadership.
Ability to speak credibly to stakeholders across multiple domain areas and industry verticals.
5 years of business development expertise.
Demonstrated experience expanding opportunities in existing accounts and building multi-year partnerships.
Demonstrated experience solutioning and generating new opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to develop compelling proposals, engagement letters/SOWs and MSAs, and sell business solutions to clients.
Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication and a solution-oriented approach.
Demonstrated ability to establish and grow executive (c-suite) client relationships.
