More About the Position

• Fills the 3-day board by converting inbound customer calls into appointments for our field staff 
• Consistently hits a raw inbound booking rate
• Have an average handle time of 3-6 minutes
• Onboards at least one customer per day into our Home Care Club
• Actively participates in ongoing training through T&G, meetings, and company events 
• Handles different communication methods with customers (ie. emails, chats, voicemails and live phone calls)

What Does It Take?

• 1 years of customer service or post high school educational experience
• A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide options to customers
• Ability to work specific schedule they are assigned
• Ability to come into the office for working hours
• Ability to pass the prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years

Please arrive at 24565 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. We have two buildings on Hallwood Ct. You will come to the 2nd Brown Brick Building.

Parking: Please Park in our lot at TG1 or TG2-glass building on either side only. Please do not park at Bonaventure (you will be towed in the surrounding company lots) unless parking along the tree line faces away from Halsted, where our trucks are. 

We will give an overview of the company, a tour, and on-site interviews with hiring managers.
