Customer Service Representative
StorTronics is looking for a full-time Customer Care Specialists. The right fit is essential for this position. We are a very fast paced, high volume company looking to fill this position immediately.
We seek someone who is team-oriented and looking to grow with us long term to reach their full potential. The person we are looking for thrives in a professional environment, enjoys working with others, has positive energy, and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate is highly efficient and organized, can handle tasks simultaneously, and has a knack for attention to detail. And, of course, enjoys working with customers.
The right candidate will be eager to learn, be a good problem solver and be flexible with our changing environment. We are looking for someone that is personable, values accuracy and understands the importance of time management.
Job Description
- Accurately enter customer setup information in computer system
- Enter customer orders into computer system.
- Assist customers with problem resolution regarding their order.
- Interact directly with Sales Manager/Supervisor to resolve issues.
- Show respect for our customers and fellow employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time with benefits. Salary to commensurate with experience.
