More About the Position
- Engage with direct reports and conducts bi-weekly 1:1's, quarterly and annual reviews
- Follow company and Connections Center processes
- Understand the intricacies of the 3-day board, max capacity planning tools and connection point delight
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders and CX vendors/partners (internal, external)
What Does It Take?
- 3 years of customer service with preferences towards call centers
- 1 years of leadership/management experience with a focus on teams with 5 direct reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass the prescreening requirements: Including a 9-panel drug test and background check
