The Connections Center Supervisor will focus on leading their team to achieve booking goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

More About the Position

  • Engage with direct reports and conducts bi-weekly 1:1's, quarterly and annual reviews
  • Follow company and Connections Center processes
  • Understand the intricacies of the 3-day board, max capacity planning tools and connection point delight
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders and CX vendors/partners (internal, external)

What Does It Take?

  • 3 years of customer service with preferences towards call centers
  • 1 years of leadership/management experience with a focus on teams with 5 direct reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass the prescreening requirements: Including a 9-panel drug test and background check
