Description
The Administrative Assistant’s primary purpose is to serve as a support for a variety of programmatic needs to one or multiple programs at Thompson. The performance will be measured by your individual outcomes, achieving your individual targets/goals, your contribution to your overall program team/department and your buy-in to the culture of the organization.
Requirements
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in.
Education requirement for this individual contributor role is: Associate Degree or Certification in related field
A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills, exceptional customer service mentality.
