We are a new full-service forensic psychiatric consulting firm, offering a streamlined, comprehensive suite of services for legal practitioners and corporate entities across the country who are in need of consultation involving psychiatric issues in a broad range of scenarios.
We are seeking an administrative assistant who has an interest in the mental health field, particularly where it intersects with the law to help us keep organized and to streamline systems.
Your support staff duties will include (but will not necessarily be limited to):
We are seeking an administrative assistant who has an interest in the mental health field, particularly where it intersects with the law to help us keep organized and to streamline systems.
Your support staff duties will include (but will not necessarily be limited to):
- Triaging/communication potential referrals by speaking with attorneys and other potential clients;
- Assisting with case assignment, updates and tracking status of cases;
- Working with bookkeeper to ensure smooth billing/tracking invoices and payments;
- Working with partners and associates in arranging and preparing for case conferences and other matters;
- Will be responsible for organizing files/data entry and record uploads into legal software;
- Responsible for check/bank deposits;
- Other duties as assigned.

Must be available for regular on-site in office work in Austin, Texas. However, some remote work throughout the week will be available. This role is a part-time role with flexible working hours and potential to grow into a full-time role as the firm grows.
