Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, scheduling.

-Cleaning
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with onsite laundry
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar)
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients and visitors. Proficiency in calendar management is essential, and experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
