About The Role
As an AssociateProduct Manager at The Tower, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and management of our products and services. You will work closely with experienced product managers and contribute to the growth and success of our offerings.
Responsibilities
Product Development Support:
* Assist in the development and enhancement of our video production products and services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
Market Research:
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
* Assist in gathering customer feedback to inform product improvements.
Project Management:
* Support project planning and execution for product development initiatives.
* Coordinate tasks and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain product documentation, including specifications and user guides.
* Prepare regular reports on product development progress and outcomes.
Customer Support:
* Provide assistance to customers by addressing inquiries and issues related to our products.
* Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent coursework/experience).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and office software.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
* A passion for learning and growing in a product management role.
