Overview

The Associate Product Manager, in partnership with cross functional team (Merchandising, Design, Technical Design, etc.) managing the product development and production process for a given product classification. The Associate Product Manager proactively seeks opportunities to elevate the product, achieve the financial goals of the category, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Production/Product Development, preferably within a vertical or wholesale retail organization• Prior experience independently managing product categories• Clear and thorough understanding of the product development and product life cycle• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills• Strong retail math and business acumen/financial skills • Ability to negotiate costing and pricing with vendors • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word and PLM• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities • Flexible, organized, team player• Travel may be required, based on business needs.• Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.• Must have authorization to work in the United States

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 ANNUALLY. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
