Responsibilities:
The Director of Human Resources will:
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and hiring of employees and responding to employee complaints and requests
- Develop and deliver recruitment-related training initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and best company practices
- Oversee functions, activities, and staff to ensure compliance with applicable internal controls and all applicable laws and regulatory requirements
- Interpret regulations and employer policies related to Human Resources and advise senior executives and managers
- Review policies and procedures for improvement and develop revisions
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- Previous experience in a Leadership and/or Supervisory role
- Experience with Employee Relations, Recruitment, etc.
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
