Conduct inspections of theatres on a daily basis to ensure the cleaning requirements are fulfilled and the theatre custodians' duties are performed satisfactorilyMaintain proper discipline among custodiansScheduling of theatre custodiansMaintain attendance records for theatre custodiansAssist in the evaluation of cleaning products and proceduresAssist in the training and re-training of theatre custodiansAssist in the supervision of snow/ice removal operations by Custodial staffAssure proper ordering, receiving, storage, and use of cleaning supplies and equipment by theatre custodiansAdminister uniform supply proceduresMiscellaneous administrative duties relative to above dutiesOn call as needed
Bi-lingual Spanish a must3-4 years' experience in supervisory management of custodian servicesExcellent oral and written communication skills requiredSuperior communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsPC skills (Word and Excel)Experience in managing a unionized workforce desired
