As we continue to expand our impact, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Development Specialist to join our team.
**Position Overview:**
As a Business Development Specialist at the Recovery Center of Kentucky, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining a healthy census, expanding our reach in the community, and establishing strategic partnerships that result in referral opportunities. You will be at the forefront of our mission to connect with individuals seeking recovery and those passionate about supporting recovery efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Community Outreach:**
- Identify and engage with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to raise awareness of our services.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key community influencers to foster collaboration and referrals.
- Organize and participate in outreach events and activities to connect with individuals interested in starting their recovery journey.
2. **Strategic Partnerships:**
- Identify potential partners, including healthcare facilities, community organizations, and referral sources.
- Establish and nurture partnerships that result in a steady flow of referrals to our treatment center.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless transition for individuals referred to our services.
3. **Conference Presentations:**
- Represent the Recovery Center of Kentucky at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
- Deliver presentations on addiction treatment, recovery resources, and our person-centered approach.
- Network with professionals and organizations to explore collaborative opportunities.
4. **Community Engagement:**
- Attend community events, forums, and meetings to promote our center and build relationships within the community.
- Identify innovative ways to connect with community members who may benefit from our services.
- Serve as a passionate advocate for recovery and reduce stigma associated with addiction.
5. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and partnerships.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports to the leadership team on progress and outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or community outreach, particularly in the healthcare or addiction treatment sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- A deep passion for addiction recovery and a commitment to the mission of the Recovery Center of Kentucky.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the local community and occasionally regionally for conferences and events.
