Our services include preserving taxpayer rights, responding to audits, working out payment plans, settling tax debt, tax planning, business succession planning, and tax return preparation. We create strategies to reduce tax burdens and minimize the impact of stressful tax situations.
We are seeking an in-office, full-time Office Manager/Coordinator who shares our same passion for assisting clients. The ideal candidate is a professional with a warm demeanor, communicative, organized, detail-oriented, honest, and willing to learn. The Office Manager/Coordinator will provide administrative support to attorneys and staff and work directly with taxpayer-clients. The candidate will evaluate and implement/improve processes and systems to maximize efficiency for general office operation. The Office Manager/Coordinator will manage client communication by phone, email, and in-person; prepare and maintain client files; perform basic office operations such as copying/scanning, preparing mailings, ordering office supplies, etc.; recruit talent and onboard new team members; and perform other duties as assigned to ensure that clients receive the best and most cost-effective tax service. Compensation begins at $48,000 a year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid time off, possible flexible schedule, health benefits and retirement.
