Job Description : Your job will be to work towards the success of patients, customers, our vendors and our employees. As part of the operations team, your day-to-day will include entering orders, inbound and outbound customer relations, picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and product packaging. You are the ruler of your domain, supported by and working directly with our inventory manager.
Job Duties :
-Receive and enter orders
-Pick, Pack, and Ship orders
-Deliver packages to UPS/Fedex
-Answer phone calls and customer emails
-Order Confirmations
-Assist with inventory management including receiving and counting stock items, and recording data manually or using computer.
-Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. -Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse or loading and unloading areas.
-Other related duties as assigned by management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. One (1) or more years of related experience including working with Fed Ex/UPS Software
2. High School Diploma or Equivalent
3. 18 years of age or older due to insurance requirements
4. Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
5. Employer conducts drug screen and background check.
6. Drivers License with clean driving record
7. Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
