Our Concord NH client is hiring for an experienced Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity with a well known and reputable company! This position requires someone with at least 3 years' of customer service experience.
This person should be well versed in email communication, as well as Microsoft Office.
salary : $20-$23 / hour
work hours : 8 : 50 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities
- Correspond timely and accurately to all customer inquiries
- Uses judgement and takes personal action implementing the best method to resolve issues
- Input all incoming orders into ERP System
- Follow order status through the life of the order
- Complete and file claim forms
- Coordinates with vendors request
Skills
- Customer Service (3 years of experience is required)
- Basic Software Skills
- Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is required)
- Email communication (6 months of experience is required)
