We are working with a Global SaaS company headquartered in Middlesex County. As they continue to grow, they're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support their Recruitment team.

Location :

This is a hybrid position, based primarily in Middlesex County with 2-3 days onsite per week.

Compensation : $20-23 / hr

This is a newly created role with a 6-month initial duration, with potential for extension based on performance and company needs.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting their Talent Acquisition team. With the team currently managing 20 requisitions and anticipating further growth, they need a dedicated Coordinator to streamline processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

This role offers global exposure and ample opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team, focusing on improving efficiency and building robust processes.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, communications, and follow-ups to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Contribute to employer brand initiatives and help elevate our brand presence.
  • Become proficient in Workday, our Applicant Tracking System, and provide high-level administrative and scheduling support.
  • Draft internal and external communications for candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.
  • Manage job boards and assist with job description management.
  • Support various recruiting projects such as internship programs and employer brand campaigns.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of the candidate experience by overseeing all necessary steps and maintaining timely communication with hiring teams.
  • Assist with recruitment and HR events and programs.
  • Maintain recruitment files, support audits, and handle paperwork efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR setting or equivalent degree.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
