Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various IT positions. You will work closely with our senior staffing team and account management team to identify client requirements, conduct candidate assessments, and facilitate the hiring process. Additionally, your success in generating leads and placements will be rewarded with a performance-based compensation structure.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior staffing specialists to understand client requirements and job descriptions.

- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.

- Quickly screen resumes to determine fit for the role, and aid in editing content with the candidate to accurately depict skill sets.

- Conduct preliminary telephone and/or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

- Conduct written reference checks and background screenings as necessary.

- Generate leads to expand our client base through research, networking, and proactive outreach.

- Maintain and generate accurate candidate data and records in our applicant tracking system through data entry.

- Provide timely updates to candidates and clients regarding the status of their applications and interviews.

- Assist in negotiating offers and closing placements.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to better serve our clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in IT staffing or recruitment is preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry jargon is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks for candidate sourcing.

- Highly motivated and money/reward-driven personality.

- Ability to be coached on improving skills in the day-to-day job.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
