POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversees daily operation to include retail, facilities, safety and associated contracted services of Morgan’s MAC- Multi-Assistance Center. Develops and maintains policy and procedure. Plans, directs, and coordinates operational activities of organization with the help of Leadership Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
Experience:
Five years of related experience working with individuals with special needs and/or vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex conditions.
Five years of experience in a supervisory role.
Maintain professional licensure, if applicable.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience with electronic health records or content management systems.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, financial acumen and coordination of people and resources.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Teams.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a close team environment.
Ability to interact with all visitors and fellow employees in a responsible, courteous manner to ensure a positive and professional environment. Responds promptly to client’s and coworker needs.
Ability to work with a diverse population of cultures and varied socioeconomic status.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex cases and able to anticipate MAC member needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Leads daily operation to include retail, facilities, safety and associated contracted services.
Responsible for facility management including housekeeping and security.
Oversees facility safety program.
Develop and implement agency core values and ensure team members understand and embrace core values.
Ensures team members are properly trained to deliver high quality services and measuring success through outcomes.
Supervise MAC team members to oversee program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Monitors and stays abreast of public policy and medical advances affecting individuals with special healthcare needs.
Provide input and participate in MAC Committee meetings.
Monitors compliance with agency’s policies and procedures.
Ensures annual performance reviews of team members are completed within policy and procedure guidelines.
Develop and implement activities and strategies designed to motivate and promote teamwork of all agency team members.
Perform or assist with other duties and projects as needed.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Position is based in both the standard office environment and possible travel to meetings and outreach events.
Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
After-hour work required from time to time, including evenings and weekends.
OTHER
Job requires accuracy and attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills, while maintaining high levels of initiative to work within specific timelines.
Uses best practices and demonstrates up-to-date knowledge and skills in technology.
Must present a neat, clean, well-groomed, professional appearance.

Must have a receptive and retentive mind and a memory for details.
Must exhibit good judgment, adaptability, persuasiveness, self-confidence, and an optimistic attitude.
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle with the minimum auto insurance required by the State – must keep license and insurance current.
