The Mom Project is Hiring a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager Near Sterling, VA
The Mom Project is excited to partner with a mechanical contractor, located in Sterling, VA. They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. The APM will be responsible for assisting project managers in key client projects, and the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, and solid organizational skills. Core responsibilities Document control and creation Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Preparing internal and external agendas, meeting notes and status reports for internal and external stakeholders Assist with the management of changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Assistance with budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Qualifications/Skills High School Diploma Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and problem solve Familiarity or experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
