We are currently seeking a full-time IT Project Manager to join our IT Teamlocated in Sterling, Virginia.
The Project Manager will lead Enterprise Technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion that meets quality and scope. They'll develop plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks while keeping stakeholders informed. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex projects and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a demonstrable track record of success in managing projects within the health or government sectors. •Proven experience in developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (highly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or an IT related field (preferred)
- Experience working with government agencies and healthcare providers is a strong asset.
