What You’ll Love About This Opportunity:

Sales Support:

– Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential clients.

– Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts.

– Follow up with clients to gather feedback and provide additional information as needed.

– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Marketing Assistance:

– Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

– Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

– Email marketing and outreach for new opportunities

– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

– Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.

Administrative Tasks:

– Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events.

– Help prepare and analyze sales and marketing reports.

– Assist in managing inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.

– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

– Proficient in Google Workplace.

– Familiarity with CRM software (Insightly) and marketing tools (Canva, Constant Contact, Hubspot, etc.) is a plus.

– Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

– Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
