As an Accounting Technician II (Accounts Payable) you will have the opportunity to work with Oracle, the most recognized accounts payable system in the nation. You will be responsible for receiving, scanning, verifying the accuracy of, distributing and processing invoices through the Oracle system. Excellent customer service is extremely important as the position will be responsible for communicating with various levels within the organization while operating in a fast-paced environment. In this position you will be utilizing applications such as, Oracle, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate and four years of increasingly responsible, relevant experience; or two years in a MWD Accounting Technician I classification; completion of two years full time accredited college work in accounting or related business field may be substituted for one year of related experience

Relevant Experience is defined as: work experience within Accounts Payable; processing invoices and expense reimbursements.
