Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hospitality Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client experience, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing revenue opportunities. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales and business development skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue

- Manage and lead a team of hospitality staff, providing guidance and support

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly

- Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, budgets, and expenses

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of services

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
