Amwins Group, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Sales Support Coordinator

Stealth Partner Group an Amwins Group Company is looking for an ambitious Account Coordinator who is passionate about playing a critical role in the maintenance and growth of our organization.
This position is located in Fort Washington, PA and will be an in-office position with the ability to work from home up to 2 days a week.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process which may include, but is not limited to data review, requests for missing information and management of tracking documents within scheduled timelines
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to prioritize objectives and assist in their accomplishment
  • Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with brokers
  • Initiate communication with Underwriting to prioritize objectives and assists in transition between field and home office
  • File set-up, organization, and ongoing maintenance
  • Assist with scheduling large group calls, meetings, and events, as needed
  • Assist in general office management, including but not limited to:
  • Maintain and process monthly business-related invoices and expenses
  • Ordering maintenance of office supplies
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications include:
  • 1 year in group benefits with Stop loss and/or Ancillary coverage knowledge preferred
  • Understanding of basic medical terminology preferred
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail required
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload, manage time and meet deadlines in fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
