Job location: Denver, CO 80202

Compensation: $87,500 - $137,500 bonus

Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required.

Required Experience:

• 8 years specific experience
• Demonstrated understanding of regulatory environments including ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA and ACA
• Demonstrated business maturity.
• Change management exposure.
• Experience with program/vendor implementation and management
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other ERP systems.

 Preferred Experience: 

• Higher Education/Master's degree
• Global benefits experience

The Benefits Manager is responsible for the overall administration of our health and welfare benefit plans.
