Our team of Internal Medicine, Family Practice doctors and Advanced Practice Clinicians are specialists dedicated to applying their knowledge and clinical expertise to the diagnosis, treatment, and care of adults across the spectrum from health to complex illness. They have special training in cardiology, hematology, nephrology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, in...fections disease, oncology, rheumatology, geriatrics, adolescent medicine, allergy and immunology, and sports medicine. Along with the care providers, the nursing team and staff at CPH is committed to providing timely, high quality care and to bring to patients an understanding of wellness, disease prevention, and health promotion. We work as a team to always treat our patients with dignity, courtesy and careful attention while providing compassionate and comprehensive primary care. At CPH, we care for our patients admitted to Montrose Memorial Hospital. Our board certified internists developed and maintain the hospitalist program at Montrose Memorial Hospital. We are on-call 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Our physicians deliver outstanding inpatient care and coordinate post-hospitalization care to ensure appropriate follow-up.
