All GYM Employees must promote the Vision, Mission and Culture of THE GYM at all times and be able to inherently deliver Five-Star Customer Service throughout all functions of their duties. As a member of the Customer Service Team, a Representative’s goal is to provide members with the best possible fitness experience by delivering superior customer service with a genuine desire to help. A Representative must be committed to the members, reliable to his/her co-workers and maintain a work space in a meticulously detailed and functional manner.
