We are seeking an energetic and experienced Cycle Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for leading and instructing classes. If you have a passion for fitness and enjoy helping others achieve their health and wellness goals, we would love to hear from you.
- Lead engaging and dynamic cycle classes,
- Provide personalized instruction and guidance to participants to ensure proper form and technique
- Create and implement challenging workout routines that cater to different fitness levels
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback and encouragement
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a cycle instructor
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Certification in cycle
- Experience with CrossFit or other high-intensity training programs is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants
