Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Mom n Tot Spot is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual for the position of Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be on call from 7 am to 7 pm, responsible for promptly answering incoming calls and texts, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in booking birthday parties.

Responsibilities:

1. On-Call Availability:

• Be on call from 7 am to 7 pm to respond promptly to incoming calls and texts.
• Provide information about Mom n Tot Spot's services, open play sessions, classes, and events.
• Assist customers in scheduling and booking birthday parties.

2. Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain a helpful and courteous tone during all interactions.

3. Virtual Training:

• Attend a virtual training session via Zoom for approximately 2 hours to familiarize yourself with Mom n Tot Spot's offerings, policies, and customer service procedures.

4. Booking Assistance:

• Assist customers in booking birthday parties, providing information on available dates, packages, and pricing.
• Facilitate bookings for private play sessions and class packages.

5. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to answer questions and provide information about Mom n Tot Spot's services.
• Comfortable using technology for remote work and virtual training.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Availability for on-call shifts from 7 am to 7 pm during specified hours.

Compensation:

• Weekly stipend for on-call availability.
• Additional compensation for booking birthday parties, private play sessions, or class packages.
