This is a salary plus commission sales position!

The Granite Guy is a Columbus Ohio stone fabricator and is hiring! We are looking for a talented Sales Representative to join our team. We are an established and highly ranked company primarily focused on meeting homeowner's countertop needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high performance sales, results minded and, experience in home improvement, kitchen and bath design. Candidates with strong sales acumen and a history of a proven track record in sales with no design experience would certainly be considered.

Responsibilities and Skills

Develop walk-ins / visitors into scheduled jobs

Follow through on new leads and referrals

Develop and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales

Must have excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills

Provide timely and accurate responses / quotes to new customers

Manage customer relationships, address any needs or concerns, anticipate expectations

Must be able to appropriately settle customer complaints prior to job completion

This is a full time position paying salary plus commission. $80,000 first year target with top performing Sales Reps earning well over that. Normal business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays are required and sales representatives will have a consistent day off Monday through Friday. Sundays are always off.
