Position: Project Manager (Outside Sales)
Type: Contracted (1099) Role
Compensation: Commission Only
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Interaction: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, and social media. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee construction and roofing projects from inception to completion. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project success. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and products.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed of the latest industry trends and market conditions. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and project management approaches.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and project details. Prepare and present regular performance reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- No sales experience required
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a commission-based environment.
