Job Description:

Schedule: M-F, 11-7pm

Bachelors Degree Required

• Facilitate communication to ensure outreach, engagement, and follow-up with girls referred from emergency departments, ensuring a seamless continuation of mental health treatment and active involvement in the Life is Precious program.
• Offer case management and counseling services to establish connections with clients, enhancing their access to support services and fostering the development of coping and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate creativity in developing programs tailored to the interests and age appropriateness for young adults, seeking innovative approaches that expand horizons and provide therapeutic experiences for clients.
• Strengthen vocational exploration, internships, and community service initiatives to enrich participants' career planning, learning, personal growth, and civic responsibility.
• Organize weekend trips, celebrations, and special events to unite entire families, fostering cultural pride and awareness among clients.
• Collaborate with diverse community agencies, public officials, and organizations to enhance program effectiveness.
• Contribute to recruitment efforts as part of the team.
• Engage in regular meetings with the Program Coordinator to discuss accomplishments and address program-related matters.
• Act as a representative of the program within the community, establishing connections with providers such as schools, churches, and community centers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
