Job Description

The Ford Agency is recruiting for a Coordinator to join the HR Team of a top notch law firm. The Coordinator will assist the full lifecycle attorney onboarding and offboarding, annual evaluation and promotions.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Handle pre-employment requirements and new hire forms for associates, lateral and staff attorneys
  • Coordinate orientations for new associates, laterals, and staff attorneys
  • Serve as the liaison between new attorneys and internal departments
  • Support attorney evaluation and promotion processes
  • Assist with the attorney departure process
  • Collaborate with a variety of departments on data requests and other special projects
Qualifications Include:
  • 1 year of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Experience in a law firm or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and pivot between tasks smoothly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
