Job DescriptionRate of Pay - $125,000 - $145,000 Annual Salary
Responsibilities:
The Director of Group Sales is responsible for directing, coordinating, training and supervising the National Sales Managers and Executive Meeting Managers in all activities, including direct sales efforts, follow-up and proper sales administration. The Director of Group Sales will have a group sales revenue quota and handle a market for the resort, and is responsible for the resorts group revenue quota. This includes growing existing accounts and generating new business to ensure that Room revenues and Catering revenues meet or exceed budget in order to maximize revenue and profits, and to improve the resort's performance in the marketplace.
The Director of Group Sales will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing, and will play an instrumental role in the development of group revenue for Fairmont Grand Del Mar.
