Key Role Requirements:

• Management experience
• Service industry experience required
• The ability to lead service staff in day to day operations
• Performing the role of floor manager
• Being an ambassador for the brand, the face of the venue
• Solution based trouble shooting with staff and for guests
• Monitoring operational efficiency
• Event management
• Reservation management
• The ability to perform all roles
• Inventory and ordering
• Staffing and scheduling
