A Workforce Analyst II job is available with The City of Fort Worth Water Utility/Management Services. This position will support Fort Worth Water by providing data insight to inform decision-making, monitor the design, development, and implementation of programs, and identify gaps within the industry and Fort Worth Water. Moreover, the position will coordinate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop programs and processes to mitigate or eliminate gaps. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed for this position.
