The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior operations and HR leadership. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: complex absence management (ADA/FMLA), employee relations and investigations, training, employee engagement programs, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, workers compensation and safety, unemployment, and general employment law compliance. This position will participate in company-wide projects to drive business strategy and initiatives. This position also manages a team of HR support personnel (HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant) so management skills are needed.
