Responsibilities will include:
- Work with departments to anticipate and fill hiring needs.
- Manage new hire orientation, open enrollment, and all benefits programs.
- Maintain Arcoro HRIS.
- Create and direct employee engagement programs.
- Administer annual performance review processes.
- Oversee Worker’s Compensation injury reports, investigations, follow up, and return to work restrictions.
- Implement and Maintain LMS and training programs.
- Maintains a strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, and communicate changes to company executives for compliance.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field (equivalent work experience acceptable too)
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience
- Bilingual Spanish and English - verbal and written communication
- Experience working in a construction environment a plus
- Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of HR management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, safety procedures, etc.
- Supervisory experience – supervision of 2 or more staff members
