Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with departments to anticipate and fill hiring needs.
  • Manage new hire orientation, open enrollment, and all benefits programs.
  • Maintain Arcoro HRIS.
  • Create and direct employee engagement programs.
  • Administer annual performance review processes.
  • Oversee Worker’s Compensation injury reports, investigations, follow up, and return to work restrictions.
  • Implement and Maintain LMS and training programs.
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, and communicate changes to company executives for compliance.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field (equivalent work experience acceptable too)
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience
  • Bilingual Spanish and English - verbal and written communication
  • Experience working in a construction environment a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of HR management
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, safety procedures, etc.
  • Supervisory experience – supervision of 2 or more staff members

Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 per year
