Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join our team and oversee the migration of our clients from VMWare to Microsoft products, including Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Arc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VMWare and be able to effectively migrate to Microsoft products. This is a transactional role with a strong focus on Azure Backup and ASR.

• Lead the migration of clients from VMWare to Microsoft products, including Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Arc.
• Develop and implement migration plans, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the PG, to bring in more work to Global Delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure Cloud technologies and trends.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Azure Cloud Architecture and VMWare migration.
• Strong knowledge of Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Arc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Azure certification preferred

• Experience with Azure Migrate preferred
• Experience in Azure Backup and ASR preferred
