Overview
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to the Oliveira Lima Library.
- Support the Director of the OLL in all initiatives related to the Institute for Latin American and Iberian Studies (ILAIS) in coordinating activities related to the OLL, including hosting students and scholars.
- Support the Director of the OLL in event-planning as well as other university-wide events.
- Updates and maintains the Oliveira Lima Library emails, websites, google drive, documents and resources, recent events and other news, blogs.
- Manages OLL marketing campaigns and activities, including social media, brochures and fliers, as well as other digital and hard-copy materials.
- Work with the Librarians at the Mullen Library Special Collections and Facilities in order to keep the OLL organized and give support to them when hosting visiting scholars.
- Must be able to travel locally or internationally to represent Catholic University at strategic meetings.
Qualifications
Experience or willingness to receive training in library services or similar services.
